Details
As a result of the project, a total of 910 visible quality laminated beams were embedded in the three-dimensional steel frame structure, the length of each structural element exceeding 22 metres and their height more than 65 centimetres. A total of 4,700 square metres of CLT floor panel structure was surface treated and installed as an intermediate as well as a locking slab. The four intersecting and superimposed beam levels were built in less than 20 days. It took 10 days to place and install the CLT panels.

Details
The special feature of the building lies in the nearly 1,000 square metres of CLT intermediate slab and the 1,450 square metres of roof structure made using a nail board solution. The obtaining of its building permit is still in progress, together with the final detailed design preparedness.
Berger Házak Zrt. currently has a contract with the Investor in the first phase up to a degree of completion of the shell and core stage. Production and on-site assembly of the structural elements will begin soon, and the shell and core stage handover of the building will take two and a half months from the start date.
