Introduction
BERGER Házak Zrt.’s site in Polgár currently has the best-equipped and largest-capacity prefabricated house manufacturing plant in the country. In our 4,000 m2 plant in Polgár, our automated production line has a production capacity of 30,000 square metres of residential structures per year, which are manufactured with outstanding precision and quality control.
With this assembly line, we are a unique plant in Central and Eastern Europe in terms of both quality and production capacity. We provide these values to our partners who use our contract manufacturing services.
We perform comprehensive software preparation and product design, thus ensuring fast and high-quality, and at the same time high-volume building production. We supply ready-made components, which are largely prepared for on-site installation, supplied with thermal insulation and installed doors and windows, and prepared for electrical and mechanical installations, and then assemble them on site in a quick, clean and efficient way onto the pre-prepared foundation body.
Currently, we can implement more than 90 structural element orders of layers, by which we can serve even the most varied needs in the house construction market. The great advantage of prefabricated construction is that we can meet the most diverse static, energetic or acoustic requirements: we size and install layers in our structures by means of a comprehensive needs assessment.
Our company has a European Technical Approval (ETA) and a National Technical Assessment (NTA). As the only company in Hungary, we have achieved the REI 90 fire resistance limit with our technology, and as a result of the facade fire propagation test, we can also build public institutions up to four storeys high. We have Factory Production Control (FPC), and an EC Certificate of Conformity of Performance in place: 1415-CPR-82-(C-21/2018). We are a member of the Makész Environmental Friendly and Premanufactured Technologies Professional Section (MAKÉSZ) and a member of the European Federation of Premanufactured Building.
