You can also entrust us with the construction of the foundation of the house, or you can choose to do it yourself. The cost of the foundation will be influenced by the results of the soil mechanics; therefore, we will be able to calculate the exact amount of the foundation after the soil mechanics report and the foundation design have been completed.

We typically use electric heating or heat pumps, but we can also install a gas boiler if required. Electric heating is available with underfloor heating, ceiling heating and Nobo electric heating panels.

Berger Házak Zrt. manufactures and builds large-panel, environment-friendly prefabricated houses for private and public customers in high quality, under controlled plant conditions, using natural materials.

Our technology is based on the computer-controlled system of Weinmann, the world's largest manufacturer of CNC-controlled machining units: the CNC machining centre, the structure building tables, the multi-bridge for the production of components, and the finished parts warehouse, all in one assembly line.

This assembly line makes our plant unique in Hungary in terms of both quality and production capacity.

Manufacture, shell and core construction can be completed in 2-3 weeks, while the construction of the exterior-ready building can take up to 6-8 weeks. The turnkey building is completed in about 6 months.

Yes. We also have the skilled trade and product designs for the model houses, so all you need to do is adapt the plans to the plot, significantly shortening the design process.

Extra costs can usually result from prior commitments made by the customer. This may include soil mechanics, geodetic survey, landscaping within the construction area (thinning of trees and shrubs, demolition of buildings and fences). Depending on the size of the plot, if the building plot cannot be accessed by a car crane or other lorry, there may be a parking fee for parking on busy roads.

Yes. The design of the part of the building to be added later is also proposed on the plans, so that the nodes can be designed accordingly, which facilitates the retrofitting process.

Generally speaking, multi-storey buildings have a higher cost compared to a ground floor building. This is because extra costs such as intermediate slabs, stairs, insulated sloping ceilings for attics, etc. have to be taken into account.

We can also provide you with a quotation based on the completed plan, and once the order has been placed, we will provide your designer with the data needed to modify the plan in accordance with the BERGER system.

To be implemented, the plans of the model house must comply with the Local Building Code and the design manual of the settlement concerned. You can enquire online in advance and from your local chief architect.

The production process of the panels takes 2-3 days on average. We can complete a 100 m2 building structure (shell and core) in up to 2 weeks, by which we mean that the building is closed from the outside, the external and internal walls are in place, the facade windows have been installed, the slab structure is lifted, the roof is finished and the chosen shell is on top of the roof, so it is fully resistant to changing weather conditions.
